CONFORMING LOAN PAYMENT NOTICE
All loan payments must be accompanied by the account number, billing notice or
payment coupon and (1) sent to Community State Bank, P.O. Box 219, Coffeyville, KS
67337, or; (2) presented in person at 1414 W. 11th Street, Coffeyville, KS, or; (3) made
via internet banking, or; (4) made via telephone banking. Payments received by 6:00 PM
Monday through Friday, unless a bank holiday, will be credited as of the date of receipt.
All other payments, including those made on a non business day, will be credited as of
the next business day or as otherwise permitted by law.
